Drywall / Mold Concern?

    So a piece of my ceiling (drywall) got soaked due to a water leak. I caught it within 30 min and cut a small hole to allow it to drain out. So there's no standing water on it anymore but drywall is wet from where the water was.

    I live in Vegas (dry desert) and I'm leaving the 6" hole there to ventilate.

    Should I worry about mold or will the dry wall dry out quickly due to ventilation and low humidity etc?
