I have a 2013 Tacoma and Im interested in getting a 3" lift. I found a Pro Comp nitro 3" lift kit for $239.00 at "4 Wheel parts" but they want 610.00 for installation that includes a new alignment. I'll also have to buy two new rear shocks. I'm looking at over 900 total for a basic lift kit. Does the labor cost seen high?

I have a 2005 Pre Runner. Just installed it my self this weekend. Pro Comp # K5075B It wasnt too bad if you have basic tools and a local part store that rents specialty tools you should be able to do it your self and save the money. It comes with instructions. My kit came with 4 new shocks 2 helper springs for the rear and new coil springs for the front, and of course all of the needed hardware to install it. The only thing extra I needed to buy was the shock boots... The kit was $481 from Amazon.com, and I bought the boot covers from Advance Auto Parts. They were $6.99ea. So my total cost was $508.96.
