Yo, can anybody recommend a good replacement radiator? OEM or aftermarket, what's a good unit out there? V-6, manual tranny.
Seems I have a crack across the top tank. I thought it was the crimp seal, but now I think it's actually cracked. Either way it's toast.

I ordered mine from nappa. It was $100 or so. I've has it for a year without problems. They said some v6 had different sizes so I would make sure to measure first

Mine was cracked in the same spot I guess it's a common problem

I just had this same problem 2 weeks ago. The original radiator lasted 275k so ended up going with an OE radiator from Toyota from these guys http://tps.toyotaofdallas.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=214074. I had to wait an extra 3 days to get it. From there it was a direct bolt in, quick, easy and pain less. on a side note I swapped out the thermostat and fluid and the average operating temp before the radiator failed went form 198 + to 184 according to my scangauge

i have one laying around i'd sell for cheap, was on my truck when i bought it. def was not on long. it's too long for my 4 cylinder, i guess it's for a v6. it bolted right up just went too far down

if you're interested, measure yours so we know its the right size

Thanks for the reply's guys. I did some checking and found a local dealer who actually sells parts to the Toyota dealership. They sold direct to me for $130.00 and had it in stock which was a surprise, so I went for it. Came with a fresh cap too.
