    That's what I said. Might as well just replace the whole suspension and get a 6 inch lift with that price, right?:cool:

    But seriously, probably just going to go to auto zone or something and pick up those parts and do it in the driveway.

    Nothing really that huge was damaged as far as the tech could tell. I was all stuff that I've generally worked on before. All the stuff he pointed out were things that if you took the wheel off, you could get to.

    Edit:
    Are sway bar connections that important? I've heard/seen people on here that say the sway bar isn't important, and just roll around without it.

    So what is the benefit of removing the sway bar? I have seen several ditch it as well. On my mustang mine was removed but it was only since I was lowered and did more x cross driving than most.

    The ball joint is a morse taper once tightened it should stay put not saying to run around with no nut or pin but they need some force to come out of the taper.
