PcBuilder's 2003 Tacoma Build

Anybody have any good ideas for wiring organization?

So far the only thing I've found that I like is this.....

Usually I just loom it and zip tie it to shit. Or loom it and hide it under the carpet.

 

I'm trying to make all my wiring clean!

I've already bought a ton of techflex sleeving for all of the wiring. Just need to fin whats best to hold the wiring in an organized fashion.

Black electrical tape, black zipties, black heat shrink tubing.

 

String tie em together and run em thru adel clamps.

I looked at those, but I don't want something that I have to drill holes for. But the main issue with those is that I don't want to have to unscrew/unbolt them every time I want to add a new wire...

 

String tie w wax string? How many of what guage wires running where?

 

I'm trying to make it look clean! Haha

Not 100% sure yet. Probably just a 4 gauge, a 10 gauge, and a few 14-16 gauge wires. the rest will be under the relay box.

with all your lights, i couldn't imagine the clusterfuck it was before you tightend em up.

 

was a lot yes..but due to how i did stuff..not too bad. You'd never see it though all hidden..sorta..

really though, the 10 and 16 ga will fit in a 1/2'' loom easy. 4 ga will need wrapped in its own loom. I didn't wrap any of my 4 ga or 0 ga. UNLESS its at a point of high friction like my winch cables go over a few sharp edges so i loomed those sections.

 

i need to get a new battery and a seablue fuse box and maybe a relay box as well. wtb more engine space.

 

I've got some of this to cover all of my wiring instead of wire loom.
I'll be using heat shrink on the ends. But I don't want to use zip ties haha

Yeah, I'm not looking for ways to cover up the wire, I've got that covered haha

I was just asking for how to keep it organized other than zip ties.

 

That's what I like about my relay box. Has both fuses and relays. I'll probably need only a couple external relays after filling the box up.

 

String tie. Smaller and much less noticable. Are you trying to just keep the wiring with yhe wiring or trying to secure wiring to the truck etc?
