New Owner Lookin for Some Help
Proud new owner! I have a 2014 single cab 4 cyl Tacoma. I want to put a lift and some nice tires and rims on it. Looking to spend around 2500. I just want to be able to go play in the mud after a rainy day. Open to suggestions. Thanks everyone.

    Some stuff...
I'm spending close to $2,500 on the lift alone! Unless you're gonna do a body lift to cut costs, you're gonna have a hard time finding all that for that price.

At any rate, welcome and congrats on your purchase!

There's alot of information and threads on lifts, so you might want to search around a little. I've been researching and reading extensively the last few months in preparation for my lift and have my selection dialed in based on my needs (no hard-core wheelin, but a little off-roading for camping and fishing). The kit and setup you go with depend on what you want and how you run your rig (lift height, ride quality, type of driving/wheelin you do, other equipment you run or plan to run, etc. etc.).

I'm goin for the Toytec Boss setup for a 2.5" to 3" lift and adding new leaf packs out back (will be getting a topper next and need the beefier leafs), new LR UCA's, new braided brake lines in front and back, axle shims and driveshaft carrier bearing. This shipped is around $2,200 FYI, but is the setup best suited for my needs based on the reading and research I've done.

Adjustable shocks Bilstein 5100's at 0", .85", 1.75", or 2.5" are about $200 plus shipping. New coil springs OME $167 a pair (2.5"-3"lift with these), Light Racing UCA's $400 (needed if over 2.5" of lift), Leaf packs 0-4" lift run $300 and up. Rear shocks depends how much lift you ran in the rear will cost $200 and up. That's a starter for a good lift with out purchasing the really nice setups. Try this site to get an idea. If you are wanting to spend more look into Fox, King, and Icon setups.
