99 Toyota Tacoma SR5

Im looking to install a new deck but im not sure which one to get. Any suggestions??? im willing to pay up to $400. I also want to put in a Killer Stereo System but not sure what to get.... I have a 99 Toyota Tacoma extra cab. Id like to put a sub in the back but be able to still sit 2 people. and put an amp back there too. And should i upgrade the factory speakers??? PLEASE HELP......
