    you should be fine....mud and sand are like the worse for 2wd though...ive only gotten stuck stuck once...other times i got out by some miricale but driving into ditches is another thing...steer clear of deep mud/stoping and yall shoudl be fine....and bring a camera

    i have a base model Xtra cab and i mod it in some decent mud when first got it. just tell him to keep his speed up and only stop if it is on a down hill.
