N Fab Tire Carrier Question

    I was looking into the N Fab tire carrier and I like it a lot, but I was curious if it pivots where the carrier bolts to the rails so I can still get cargo underneath?

    Doesn't Pivot it bolts into the factory bed rails and can slide and be locked into any place in the bed.

    idk if you seen my add but im selling a tire gate kinda like the tire carrier except it replaces stock tail gate and flips to give you more cargo room.im working out in van nuys if your interested in taking a look at it.its like new and evrything you need to bolt it up is included. i just thought i should mention.
