I've been reading and searching this forum for about a full week now and have come from a complete noob to having a little bit of knowledge (stress on the little). I've pretty much decided to go with the adjustable 5100s set at 1.75 to level things out for the time being. My questions are in regards to lifting it a bit more at a later date with a coil. From what I can gather I can do an OME 885 to achieve about a 2.5" lift with a TSB rear leaf and have things level (please let me know if that is correct). My questions are:

What do I set the front 5100s at to achieve the 2.5" lift on the front? 0.85?

I'm assuming I will need UCAs and longer brake lines?

Is there anything else that I've overlooked?

    2011 DCLB TRD Sport
    Stock 17" sport rims
    P265/65/R17
    NO TSB leaf

My apologies if this is redundant for most of you but I've definitely out time into reading the forum. Thanks.

5100 @ 0” w/ 2.5” Eibach spring, 1.5" Icon Progressive 3 leaf + 1” block, Procomp Wheels, Grill Thin Lip (Custom Car Grills Mod), Access Tonneau Cover, Pop & Lock Tailgate Electronic Lock PL8521
For the front, if I'm not mistaken, you will set the 5100's at 0" and the OME spring will give you your 2.5" of lift. In the rear you will need a 1.5" AAL if you have no TSB spring. With TSB you will still need some lift in the rear. Mine came with the extra spring in the rear and my 5100's set at 1.75" pretty much leveled the truck. If I went to 2.5" I would probably need 1.5" in the rear to be level.

Oh yeah, you will probably need new UCAs. Typically around 2.5" is when caster becomes an issue. Some people get away with not needing it. You shouldn't need longer brake lines at 2.5".

Thanks for the reply. You've answered everything. I did some more reading today and you are correct that the OME 885s will lift it by 2.5". Looks like 884s will lift it 2.0". Anxious to get the 5100s on and see how it looks levelled at 1.75".
