New member here with a new truck

Well not exactly new but new for me. Here's the story on this truck. Back in 09 my wife's very close friend passed away from a stroke. She was only 23 years old and left behind a 1 year old little girl and her 07 tacoma trd sport double cab. Well her dad has kept it garaged all this time, he would turn it on here and there. Last Tuesday my wife told me that her dad had decided to sell the truck, so we went to go take a look at it, and honestly fell in love with it. It's super clean, only has 36,000 miles and he was asking 19,000. So got home that night and did some research to see what tacomas were going for. Once I seen that it was worth getting I decided to sell my 07 camry to Carmax. Funny cause back in 06 when I went to Toyota I was actually going to buy a tacoma but were way out of my price range. Well 8 years later I'm finally a very happy tacoma owner.

 

Wow. Sad story. Sorry to hear about her passing at such a young age.
The ex wife's dad had a heart attack at 32 and passed.

It's funny you say that. I was telling my wife that this truck was meant to be ours. Everything went so smooth with the finance company.
