Hybrid Bumper on 13 Tacoma question

Hey Guys I just put a new hybrid style front bumper on my 13 TRD O/R. I love it and it looks amazing. My only issue is I am wonder if its normal for the front suspension to seem alittle bouncier I guess you could say. I am not sure if its just the added weight or what. I notice it most on the highway it just seems alittle rougher then usual. My biggest concern is I put this new bumper on becauce my old bumber got taken out in a acciendt so I dont know if its from the new bumper or maybe something from the wreck that the body shop and toyota missed.
