Tires Rubbing - but where?

Here's my setup
Toyota Tacoma 2011 2WD -
bilstein 5100 shocks all the way around. fronts set at 2.5 inches. light racing upper control arms. rear susp - icon add a leaf 3 leaf kit. 17 in wheels w/ neg. 12 backspacing. tires - 265/70/17 BF goodrich all terrain TA KO class C

Here's the problem
I've noticed that when turning sharp full right turn I hear a metal clinging sound on my LEFT FRONT TIRE. This does not always happen however I've noticed this happen when I'm entering/existing steep driveways while turning right. I've also noticed this while being in reverse and turning full right. Typically, this sort of maneuver will rub that little black "upsidedown bump" on the bottom of the inner wheelwell. (when in reverse on full LEFT turn, my RIGHT FRONT tire makes a normal rubber on plastic sound which I consider normal and expected)

There is NO way this is the shock mount. With full right turn, left tire is nowhere near shock mount.

Any idea what this metal clinging sound is? It seems like maybe its coming from behind my tire?
