You may have ordered the wrong harness. Did you order H4 or a different size?

Also a 35w d2s bulb but it's only single stage? I thought this kit had a high beam?

This is the list of what I ordered. Can you tell me what I should have ordered instead?

You need the H4 harness and your mini d2s does have high beams. It uses a shield in the projector housing that flips to give you high beams.

Did you have issue with the projector shank length? Mine seems to short to leave threads for the bulb lock ring.

Yeah I ran in to that too. I ended up using rubber o-rings in place of washers to keep the seal and shorten the threads so the lock ring would fix on

Hey Zach, sorry for the late reply. I got the kit installed and working after a lot of effort and screwing around... unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the project threads sticking through the back side of the reflector cup. it sounds like we had different problems however. The threads on my kit projected too far and left my project loose in the housing-to tighten things up and shorten the threads so the lock ring would secure everything, I used rubber o-rings in place of washers to kill off the extra threads. hope that helps but if I am reading thing correct, we had different problems.... this wasn't as easy as all the TW threads made it out to be!

Thanks haha took a bit of trial and error. Good luck on your fix too! Chances are if these things have happened to us, we aren't alone
