Looks good so far man! Any plans to stretch the WB any? I've watched a lot of those on the trails here in AZ and they're capable, but flippy

    87 samurai

toyota axles front and rear, soon to be lockrighted 4.10s front and rear
    hd driveshafts
    powersteering
    new wiring and radio
new top and windshield frame, etc
2" lift yj springs shackle reversal
    soon to be done
drop down to stock yjs and remove the shackle reversal
build front bumper and finish the rear
    add some rock sliders
    6.5:1 tcase gears
    install my warn 6000
    33/1250's
bedline the inside and thats about it

its on 35s right now but they are old and my dad can't climb in it as is

the wheelbase is a lil stretched cause of the yjs. when I remove the shackle reversal Ill have to extend the frame and put the bumper on the end of that so it should be about the same, somewhere around 90" I guess

Sounds like you've got a good plan for the build. What is it going to be used for?

What type of motor do those things have? I have a friend that used to have one, he LOVED it, said he'd take that thing offroading over anything else around.

mainly rock crawling and trips around the house, my gf hates riding in it and wishes I would have kept my rubicon,

it has a 1.3 carb motor about 63 hp, I want to swap in a 1.6 which has 80 hp and its pretty much a direct swap as in the head is the same

this is the second one I have built, my other was only sprung over on 31s, 5.12 gears and a locker in the rear, went everywhere I pointed it though
