Very weird coincidences are causing me to follow this thread. After I totaled out my '08 Tacoma thanks to some help from a deer, I replaced it with a 2014 Pyrite Mica 4x4 that I bought Christmas Eve, and my name is also Scott.

Now that is weird, I thought that they didn't offer this color in 2014 for the Tacoma. At lest not in my area. LOL At any rate awesome color .. :D

That's a badass color, I have still yet to see one in person. I like that dark green too, what color is the interior?

Very Nice!! Seeing yours reminds me of my 2010 that just got totaled thanks to a moronic college chick wearing flip flops. I'm so sad/mad. The only good news is my new 2014 is being built as we speak and I should have it in a week or two. Evidently Pyrite is very hard to find. (which is one reason I like it so much) Congrats and enjoy!!

I agree on the dark green. Apparently the green is harder to get than the pyrite. At least in the southeast region.

I love the pyrite also. I jumped on mine as soon as I saw my dealer was getting one.

    That's some crazy stuff Scott!

From the first time I saw the Pyrite Mica I was sold on it and I do like the fact that not too many people have it. Thats the way it was with my Desert Sand Mica. I would see one of those in the Dallas area about once every 5 weeks. I can't wait to hit my new one with a clay bar, polish and put a good coat of wax with the help of a buffer.

Finally got her lifted. Went with 5100's all the way around with OME 885 coils, the front bilstein's are set at 0.85" and a toytech AAL kit. All I need now are bigger tires.

I know this is an old post from last year,
but in the running across of such said statement,
    I must reply,
Gonna have to say that INFERNO holds the best color cake.
    Just sayin

    hahaha,
    Love that color as well!!!
