I saw a post of some guy that put leds behind his Toyota emblem on his grille. He says he wired it to a switch and to the battery but did not explain the process well. What I'm wondering is how to wire it from the grille to a switch in the dash and then to the battery for power, and what to do with the negative cord on the leds. Any info would be very helpful.
    Thank you,
    Colt M.

The negative wire can be grounded to the frame. Mine are wired to the parking light.

If I wanted to be able to turn it on and off as a serperate light switch in the dash would that be hard to to? My truck has a few empty switches it looks by the fog lights button. If they are actually empty I was thinkng of putting the switch there.

It should be really easy. Just run the positive wire from the batt to the switch in the cab, run wire from switch in cab to lights and ground the lights.

I bought the mesh from a member Homertaco and the letters from Bay Area Metal Fab. I made the satoshi style grill my self but Homertaco makes them.

Ohhh okay I'm planning on getting in the list for a Raptor Style grille. How hard was it to do it yourself?

That was kinda my thought process lol. I just decided itd be easier to just get on the list and save money up for it in the time it takes to get to the top of the list.
