starting after 10 miles not good

    My Tacoma has 186k, I bought it two months ago. It runs rough. When I drive 10 miles then stop to go to the store, off for 15 minutes, it's hard to crank when I try to start it. It grinds, like it's not getting any fuel. When it does start, I don't have good acceleration. Thanks.
