Climate control bulb panel broke...

So while trying to find out what size led bulbs I would be needing for the bulbs that are behind the climate control center, I managed to break the panel that holds the bulbs... my own stupidity. And I can't really do a mod on my truck without breaking something. So right now I only have two bulbs lit up and the other one behind the knob on the far left is out. Anyway, does anyone know where I can find one? Ive searched all over the internet trying to avoid the dealership... but if thats what I have to do then I guess I will. Also, I've tried to put the panel back together and taping it up because ya never know but didnt work. Anyway please help!
