    Te first tricep superset always seems to pre-exhaust my tris with a nasty pump and sets the tone for the remaining lifts...any lifts after starting off with preacher curls tends to shoot any ego I have left down the drain, haha.

    I have lost 8lbs but I have gained muscle mass as well, so it's hard to figure out how much fat I have lost..

    I look and feel a lot better..:cool:

    Well I learned today that I dont need to monitor my heart rate but instead my blood pressure.. So now I have to purchase a blood pressure monitor for my wrist and they all appear fairly large..

    First workout since Spring Break started a week ago. Started with hang cleans, then moved to squats (hip crease below the knee or you're weaksauce). Hammies were starting to feel extremely tight due to all the inactivity the week prior, so I did some light weight DLs with knees to elbows and called it a day. Now time to stretch.

    Between spring break and midterms the two weeks prior, I've probably only worked out 10-12 days in the last month. Losing me gainzzzz......

    That is news to you?

    They have taken 85 year old women and stuck them on a weights routine. The women ended up being taken out of their 24hour care nursing homes. I'll have to dig around for that one....

    Personally, I think swimming is the best exercise for longevity....at least it poses the least amount of risk.
