I will say my 2013 I got in September has a film on the inside of the windshield (where I usually have the air going) but all my cars have done this over time.

I keep forgetting to bring a microfiber out and wipe it off.

I don't spray things in the truck but it's probably just moisture, air contamination, cologne off-gasing etc.

To echo what everyone else has said, it's completely normal.

I use 303 Aerospace Protectant on my dash and it's amazing how much off-gassing occurs from that product.

Glad I found this thread, thought I was going crazy or something :)

Yeah I have exactly the same thing, but with mine its like a blue haze which I know for sure is coming from the defrost area. At first I thought it was just condensation so I let it go to see what the natural pattern would look like and it got thick enough that it started to be show itself but wont go away with heat. My wife says she can smell like amonia or windex when the defrost is on. She says she has smelled this since we got it this past Nov but I have only smelled it a few times just thinking it was a new car smell.

I cleaned the windows today and I can vouch for everyone else that its a pain in the arse to remove. Its the first time I really have tried to clean it off so I will watch and see. Like most I used the microfiber cloth and seems to work well. If it is off gassing than it should hopefully get better however its been so frikin cold since I got it I wonder if the summer heat will accelerate it. Even though I hate the fact of having to clean a windshield every week I am more concerned about the health affects!
