I was leaving the gym the other day and stopped to take a pic of the "ugliest snowpile ever". A Jeep came flying in to the parking lot, up the snow pile and got stuck.

I could see his girlfriend laughing and tweeting/fb-ing on the phone in the passenger seat. I rolled over...."need a little help?" LOL. I backed up, hooked him up and gave him a pull. I said "I guess you won't be dissing any Tacoma's soon, huh." He said "Gotta give respect to the Tacoma" Damn right. It had some suspension mods and mudders on it too.

Did he lay it on the frame? From the back it doesn't look that bad. Was it hard to pull out or just need a little bump?

Nothing better than a guy trying to impress the girlfriend FAIL. Sounds like the epic Jeep story about a guy named "Chadwick" who tried to impress his girlfriend by attempting to drive his Jeep through a 'pond' but ended up submerging it in a lake for 3 days. hahaha

I can see it now. The Jeep guy will photoshop the 2nd pic. Replace the Dollar Tree store and parking lot pavement with offroad background under treacherous snowy conditions. Posts on Jeep forum "Jeep rescues Tacoma fail" haha.

Yea I think he was on the frame near the left. That tire was in deep. I couldn't even feel it when pulling him out.

He's just high centered. With the longer wheelbase a Tocoma would have gotten high centered earlier on the snow pile while the rear tires were still on the pavement and it could have backed off without help. The taco would have been spared the embarrassment, but the jeep actually did a better job. (Full disclosure, I did EXACTLY the same thing in my jeep. My wife had to come get me in her Honda Accord. It took a really, really long time to live that down. But I did learn a good lesson about getting high centered.)
