Has anybody had this done yet? What do they do? How long does it take?
    Thanks.

Taking mine into the local dealer tomorrow to be fixed. They told me it would it take around hour and half to complete. They were waiting on the parts to come in last week, not sure what is being replaced but till find out tomorrow. My guess will just be installing a new bolt with Loctite or something to keep it from backing out again.

Made an appointment on Monday for service on Friday. Arrived Friday, they didn't have the parts and had to order them. What was the purpose of making an appointment? They did replace a cable in the steering column and "shave" my accelerator pedal.

    I hate Reno Toyota!

Still waiting for them to call me, that they've received the parts.

They did mine the other day. Very quick. I had it there for something else and they did this as well. All they did was replace the pretensioner bolts on each side. Took them longer to remove the door panels than to replace the bolts.

You could always go to another dealership. Just saying.

Took me longer to drive there than to have it repaired.

I'm gonna have to take the passenger door panel off and tighten the bolt myself i guess. Driving around and everytime I hit a bump, it rattles like crazy. It was perfectly fine before they swapped it.
