Weird sound. Single cab 5 speed help

Bought my truck while back ago and been back and forth with Toyota about this damn sound I hear. I own a 2008 single cab 5 speed, my issue is in 3rd or 4th gear around 35or3700 rpm I hear a whistle noise coming from my engine bay. Does anyone else have this issue. Or can anyone tell me what it could be like throttle spacer or something I don't know.

 

Could it be the Weather seal at the front of the hood? I've read that sone on here have inserted a hose inside of the seal to prevent it from colapsing and making a whistle noise.

Actually I know what your talking about now that I read your post again. The only thing is why is it always at the same rpms?

What do you mean by "throttle spacer"? Check your intake hoses and fittings to make sure they're secure. Do you hear the sound if you rev the engine in neutral? If so, have someone rev the engine while you listen under the hood.

I dunno people have told me it could be a space. And I can't make a video most people cant even hear it. I feel like I'm crazy but it's starting to buy the hell out of me. I swear 3700 rpms it's a whistle noise and it only comes when I push the throttle. It's not there I. Neatrual. If anyone is in SD and has a minute I'll take u for a spin haha.
