Actually yes I did but I have since re built my own cross bars out of some 1" .120 wall tubing and they hold well over 500# a piece but idk if id trust more than that on the roof.. heres a few pics...

Id recommend it! finished it a while back and still haven't put my headliner back in, kind of like it without it but so far no leaks! Just silicone the bottom of the tracks and bolts inside and out before I tightened everything down! & for only paying $20 for the whole rack system its a win in my book!! I mainly made my own crossbars in order to add tabs later for an led lightbar but that hasn't happened yet as my money is going to this atm haha

Looks great! I have a local guy that said he'll sell me a rack for $20 as well.

I can't really tell from the pics, but it looks like you have a raised cab in the rear like mine. How'd you get the rack level?

You don't, just something you have to deal with. There will be a small gap there but after you get past it initially then its no big deal. I made my crossbars due to the rack not being wide enough for the sunroof so had to make new ones and while I made the cross bars I made the front ones taller to compensate for that little height difference but its really not noticable.. Also having the side facing light up there helps hide it cause you pay more attention to it haha

Gonna need to come up with something like this before summer comes in.. My (found in woods) worn ass all terrain and bow back stop isn't cutting it lol

More than likely i'll invest in a headache rack and come up with some kinda mechanism that replaces the tire. any ideas? For mounting, i thought about using clamps so it wouldn't be permanent.
