    look good on a white 1999 Toyota Tacoma Extra cab. blacked out windows and tail lights and head lights. ???????

Theres more I just cant think of it right now.

    All depends on the size wheel you want. Do you want to go with a bigger wheel or stay with the current size you have now. Also are you looking to add tires or a lift of some kind. Ballpark i would say 400-800 for wheels.
