Revos are cheap right now...They are a proven tire. The R2s look like they will be more of the same...but who knows.

I'd go the Revos (In fact- was going to until this set of Nitto TGs fell into my lap...even with the Revo2s coming and a tire dealer buddy working on getting me a deal)

Ugh im going to hold out a little longer. I don't need tires for about 10-20K more miles so I am not going to pull the trigger yet

I'd go with the Revo's. They're a dependable tire, and will hold up. We had them on the Sierra before the Tacoma, and wore just fine.

p-metrics for the revos on my truck....daily driver tires. i have a set of mud tires for when i go wheeling. plus....the p-metrics are smoother than the lt tires.

I can't imagine that Bridgestone would make a HUGE leap BACKWARDS with their tires...The Revos are good...the Revo2s should be too.

Let the rest of us know how they are!!

thats what i think. supposedly theyve made up for the decrease in tread aggressiveness by changing other things. they look really good! now i just gotta decide...265/65 or 265/70?? hmmmm

yeah ive been debating that since im returning my truck to stock, i wanted stock size tires. but i just saw a picture of the truck with stock tires, they look way too little. so prob gonna go with 265/70 and be ok with the slight variance in rpm's, speedo, and maybe a small decrease in mpg from stock

Have you played with the tire calc to see what the differences between the two are??

Looks like a 2mph @ 65mph...so like a 3% change...Very slight especially on a speedo with an analog output and a wide variety of errors already...

yeah ive looked at the 2 sizes on the calculator. i know the change isnt much, but my odometer will still be off a little, and im unsure as to how much of a mpg effect itll have. but i like the way the 265/70's look better than the 265/65's so ill prob suck it up and get them. but im still thinking
