I am getting ready to replace all 4 of the oxygen sensors on my 2006 Tacoma V6 4.0L and want to know if I have to reset the vehicle computer and if so what is the best/easiest way to do that?

No need to reset it. The ECU will adapt quickly to the new sensors.

The front sensors are the same part number the rear ones are different, one for left one for right, just want to be sure and get these right, is the right side the passenger side? They don't state if your looking at the vehicle from the front or inside the vehicle in a seat.

While you're in there, clean the throttle body and the MAF sensor with their respective cleaners as well. 1st start will take a bit if you do the MAF but you will notice your gas mileage go up. I know, MAW's just pile up.

Just changed mine and cleaned the MAF and TB. Truck runs a lot smoother now.

They are not too bad. I soaked mine with PB the night before and they came loose with a little effort. I only had a little trouble disconnecting the harness on one of them.
