I was in Toyota the other day and wanted a price on two new idler pulleys for the A/C and the P/S... I replaced them once and they didn't hold up to well. The A/C started squealing really bad. I bought them from Napa so im not to sure on quality there. So iv heard people say that my best bet is to stick with Genuine Toyota on the pulleys. I asked for a price and the guy came back twice with an insane price that almost made my nuts hit the ground. He got it wrong the first time with the price of the actual P/S pulley and the A/C pulley. I said NO the Idler pulleys. Came back again with a price of $187.00. I honestly don't think this guy knows what hes doing or even knows what the hell im talking about. What do you guys pay at the dealer for each pulley?

A new AC idler pulley assembly for my truck (2002 3.4L) is ~ $32.00 from Village Toyota.

I didn't check the other parts but it sounds like the parts guy doesn't know what to look up.

I went to Toyota to price the seals that go between the fender flare and the body of the truck. Half of mine are either gone or ripped in half. They quoted me for $100 for essentially some rubber seals. OEM parts aren't cheap I suppose lol
