So I am waiting to leave Japan (Military) to buy my favorite truck. It's a 2010 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 Double Cab 6-Spd man supercharged.... Only one problem, I cant decide on the color. I will be moving to the Mojave Desert and dont want anything too dark. SO, I think I have norrowed it down to two colors: Pyrite Mica or Timberland Mica.... Anyone out there with one of these and what are your opinions?

Also, anyone get the truck straight from the factory with the S/C? Does it affect break in time?

Welcome! I would go with Magnetic Gray Metallic, but out of those two..Pyrite Mica would be my choice.

I say pyrite mica, only because I like it more and it is my first color choice (when I go to get mine). I dont think you can get the tacoma with the s/c "from the factory". You can buy it then have it installed right after. I know when I was talking to Toyota about it, they told me they could not put it in until I owned the vehicle.

Welcome and good luck with the truck hunt

Pyrite for the desert, Timberland will be too dark for what you want.

    Welcome!

Oh! Rock the hell out of a factory installed S/C!!!

Well my dealer told me that they would have to build the one i want anyways and advised that i order it with the S/C:D! I didnt think they would either but he told me it would be better that way. And, yeah, i am kinda leaning toward Pyrite... Just looks good!
