    LOL yeah... spacers and blocks..... may as well just take the 350 bucks and set it on fire.

    Get some bilstine 5100's set em at 1.75in or 2.5 in the front and get a proper add a leaf for the rear

    Don't settle man, save up and get a real lift! Take it from us guys who already went through the trial and error!

    Save up a little more loot and get a old man emu lift

    3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
    Are you installing your self?

    Either way, you could get the bilstein adjsutables for front and AAL for the rear and it would be the same price or cheaper than the revtek lift.


    $200 for adjustable bilsteins
    $50 for procomp AAL
    $45 for U-Bolts

    Total = $295 (just a thought since cost is an issue)

    1st choice...bad
    2nd choice...better

    If you are on a tight budget, the springs and aal will work good. Eventually you will want to swap out for something better though. If you have the coin, i would just go ahead and get a full lift with shocks and all. Just my .02

    Yeah...don't have the cha-ching at them moment...maybe in a year or so. I'm thinking the coils and AALs will have to be good for now. But yes, after more research I'm staying away from spacers.

    Some stuff...
    Not a fan - I went through the lift/suspension research and settled on a costly but quality setup. Don't go spacer or body lift, save up and do it right. Just my .02

    3inch front 2inch rear lift with add a leaf and extended brake lines trd exhaust
    Ya my truck already had I think a procomp "level lift" and it sat way lower in the back so I went with rear spring and now saving up for new coil overs and uca and be done with it

    What's the difference between 884, 885, or 886? Should you run the spacer that come with the kit? Or are all spacers bad?

    The second lift would be better but DON'T go with the 886s. You would need new shocks and it will be stiff as hell. 886 is mostly if you are going to run a front plate bumper...
    Also somebody already said it but you're going to need new UCA's if you go over 2.5"... Light Racing is the most affordable brand of UCAs

    The difference is length and load capacity. 884 is a light duty spring, 885 is medium duty, and 886 is heavy duty for added weight (plate bumper, winch, etc). The spacers with that lift are only 1/2" so its not as bad as other spacers. You shouldn't run them with the 886 coils though...

    So if I ran 885 with the spacers I would need uca? I don't off road much if anything getting to a campsite but nothing crazy...

    I would think so because the spacers are 1/2" and advertise it to be a full 3" lift. 2.5"+ = New UCAs

    Stock for now
    On a 2nd gen DC V-6 4x4 with stock bumpers and no armor, you'll get about 2" of lift up front with the 884 coils. Your stock struts will likely be too short and under damped for 884's, because the OME's are longer than stock (which is how you get the lift). You really should put on some 5100's, assuming you can't afford the OME struts/shocks. And unless you like a lot of rake, put a 1.5" AAL in the rear. (See my build pics for how this looks). You go much above 2.5" of front lift and you'll need new UCA ($400+), or else you won't be able to align your front end and will have a truck that handles like shit and wears out tires prematurely.
