I had to run the '13 Tacoma through a car was a couple weeks ago, it was covered with salt and I wasn't about to hand wash it at 38 degrees. I also got the underbody spray to get the salt off the frame.

When I got home from the wash I saw the right roof rack filler was partially loose, I pulled it off the rest of the way since the adhesive was broken at the front.

Today I'm driving down the interstate and see something hanging down the rear window. The other strip was flapping around, I pulled over and pulled it off the rest of the way.

    WTF???

Are these not secured from the factory or are you not supposed to wash the salt off your truck?

7 months old, 8500 miles. I plan on getting them replaced when I go in for the 10k oil change.

I just got my passenger side one replaced under warranty. One day earlier this month, I was loading the back for a ski trip and wtf?...gone. Where it went, no one knows. Yep...kinda pissed. No cost to me, but the time it took to take the truck in and get it replaced. I'm over it...but really, wtf Toyota?
