3" toytec lift, 285/70/17 trail grapplers, 17" ballistic offroad, flowmaster 40 delta flow, TRD CAI, debadged, pioneer touch screen, 2 kicker 10" on 1100 watt hifonics, 30" light bar, 15% tint front 20% tint back, interior LED's, all bulbs changed to LED's, LED pod reverse lights
At first I was looking at the flow master delta flow 50, watched many videos on youtube and sounds really good. Then started reading about the aero turbine 2525. I want a deep growling sound which the flow master 50 videos sounded to me, but there seems like a good following on the aero turbine. Whats the difference between the 25252 and the 2525xl? Which has the better sound (deeper, moderately to aggressive) out of the 3 that i listed? Thanks

The AT2525xl has a built in resonator. If you're planning on cutting out your cat's, I would suggest getting the 'xl' model since you will get the dreaded taco rasp. That is if you have the V6 model. Both AT's are a straight through design. There are countless threads here comparing every brand and every set-up you can think of. I personally liked the sound quality of the Wicked Flow muffler mated with a Vibrant Performance resonator to reduce the rasp at WOT. Also the cost was low and the quality high.

The 2525 will sound louder and more aggressive than the 2525xl because of the design. You'll be happy regardless of what muffler you pick OP.
