    I was going to write a separate report but then said hell no... here it is.

    Overall, it's a worthwhile trip for people that like to cruise historical backcountry. Bring 10+ gallons of extra gas, especially if you run some side trails and especially if you have a 2nd gen. 3 nights/4 days is optimal if you originate from PHX.

    Now I'll be adding new leaf springs and shocks to my list that already includes new steering rack and timing belt/water pump. I'm taking donations... just pm for paypal email :rolleyes:

    I'll throw this out: Open invite for expo-oriented wheelers for a biggie in July to some high elevation Colorado passes in the Elk Mountains and other nice POIs. 5 nights. Been planning this trip for years and would love to make it happen. My usual partners in crime probably can't make it and I'd really prefer to have another vehicle or two. Requirements would be 4x4, good mechanical condition, self sufficient, and positive attitude! Lots of seat time but guaranteed to be an epic adventure.

    It's a long shot, but with 3+ months to go maybe somebody can swing it.
