Lots of fellas use this combo on 3rd Gen 4runners to get a few inches of lift.

I have that setup on my 4runner right now, but am thinking of making a change. The suspension on my Tacoma needs some serious attention. I plan on refurbishing the rear springs as discovered by Doug (4wd) and am looking for something for something for the front.

Has anyone tried this front setup? I am thinking if I set the 5100s on the lowest setting with those springs, I might be at an inch or so of lift. Ideally, I would like to swap the Tundra springs and shocks over to the Tacoma and get some coilovers/heavier coils for account for the winch and heavy plate bumper. I am not looking for any lift on the Tacoma just yet - it needs a 4wd drive conversion first - so just looking to keep a stock/slightly higher than stock ride height.

Looking for any info from folks that have tried this. Comments??
