Looking for some advice on beadlock rims.

I run a base model 4x4 v6 with ths 6 speed manual. I have the basic 6 lug steel rims on now, and they are garbage. They have groves on the inside of the wheel that traps mud and snow my tires will shake like mad when I get back on the main road. Fu%$$^$... Found some sexy bronze TRD wheels from 'Low Range Off-road' at a price inside my range. I have two questions.

First the TRD rims are hub centric 16” x 7.5” a half inch wider then my stock, and I'm not sure on the offset. My understanding is that my suspension is the same as the TRD. But does anyone know if these will fit or will I need to add a wheel spacer? Chances are I'll change from my stock 245/75/R16 to 265/75/R16. I don't want to lift and I don't plan on going with a tire bigger than that.

Second. This is my off road toy but it's still my daily driver so... I know (and want) the benefits to beadlockers but what are the drawbacks if used on a daily driver??
