None at the moment. will be changing that soon!! ;)
I have an 02 tacoma trd with the rear e locker. I would like to lock the front diff too but I am having troubles figuring out what would work best. I want full 4x4 so limited slip is out. I know there is ARB which seem to be really good but costly. I have not heard much about Detroit lockers, are they good? I have also heard that they have make elockers for the front but I have not been able to find one. Need some advice. Any will be a great help!

an e locker for the front will cost twice as much as an arb, you dont have manual hubs so a Detroit auto locker will be a pain in the ass, as it will be like having the front locked full time in 4wd which makes steering difficult and the chance for cv breakage very high.

your only real option is an arb.

Ok thanks for the help. Thats what I was coming across. I guess I will have to wait and see if I can swing the $1700 for the ARB with compressor and install costs

There are two different air locker systems. ARB and Yukon. Yukon Zip Lockers are a little less expensive, but I have installed these into a Dana 60 front diff and the owner has had no problems all all with strength and durability.

You can check with them to see if they offer one for a 1st gen.

As for options, I agree with everyone else here in that if you do not have a manual hub system like the older Tacoma, then anything other than a selectable locker would be a pain in the ass.

check Amazon. im pretty sure the arb is only in the 900 range. and i dont necessarily think you need an expensive arb compressor either...but i havent looked into the compressors for that

also bill, i looked into the zip locker last year for the taco and didnt see any available :notsure: maybe they have finally released them?

    no, thats an auto locker

i didnt see any thing online just now for a 7.5" zip locker

coldnt find a front locker on Amazon either, but i didnt look for very long. probably have to go to the arb site and see what locker code is for the 7.5" front and then search on line for that locker code

They may not have the Zip for Toyota yet. I know was talking about it a while back with them, but I haven't heard back from them yet. Just thought it would be something to check.

Not to thread jack, but in my 04 TRD 4wd, when I have 4wd ingauged if I try and turn on pavement the front behaves as if locked. Steering gets heavy and the tires chirp. I don't typically do that but, but is the front locked in 4wd? I didn't think it was but why would that happen if it wasn't?
