time to change my sierra 2500hd diesel 2002 for ?? I have been looking at a f150 ecoboost and a tacoma they both have good points .The 150 is a full size easier to fit my vtt in the ''boite'' in the long run i have my doubts (reliability) . We keep our trucks for 10 years average . tacoma owners have any major problems on the long run ??

On a Tacoma site most everyone here will try to tell you that Toyota is the best, so answers will be biased. But, that being said, I think there is enough evidence going through different reliablity reports, articles etc. that Toyota is tops in reliability. My Tacoma is now 12 years old, 98,000 miles and I have spend only $89 total in repairs - one sensor that had to be replaced. My Ford Explorer is 7 years old and I have spent $4,000 plus in repairs. That speaks for itself.

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
If you want your vehicle to last problem free for at least 10 years, don't look any further than the Tacoma.

The F-150 and Tacoma are not really that comparable though as the F-150 is fullsize. If you asked if you should get the Tundra vs F-150, that would be a tougher choice.
