North East trucks and frame rust

Those living in the north east....how are your frames holding up? Reason I'm asking....I found one in Pittsburgh. I'm in Virginia. These trucks are so hard to find down here I had to increase my search. The dealer is getting me frame pics on Monday when he can get it up on the racks.

It's a '07 DC indigo pearl (Dark blue) with 151k miles. Looks beautiful, 30 or so pics. Looks very clean.

Just curious since they use so much salt up there in the winter.

 

It's hit or miss really. I've seen em' with barely any corrosion, and some with serious corrosion. It all depends on how the owner cared for the truck. Myself, after a good road salting, I took it to the spray n wash and get as much fresh water on it as possible.
