    So I found this switch:
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EDMO0DO/ref=oh_details_o06_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
went ahead and ordered it and it fits perfectly in the spots under the HVAC controls on my 2014 OFDC
I did notice when i went to test fit it that the blank has a plug with some wires connected to it, don't know what they go to or how they are wired, will figure that out at a later date.
plan on ordering one more to fill in the 2 spots that aren't being used.

If any one can shed some light on the wire colors and purpose that would be great.
also will try to figure out the wire tabs for the switch it has a total of 5 tabs

Link works now, I'd say if you have wires under a blank it's for an accessory that you do not have. I couldn't find any info regarding the wiring schematics on the net. I think it's going to be a china import tough. Good Luck on this one.
