So I went with a cheap front 3 inch lift spacer and now both my toes sit at an angle faceing in so would new ucas fix that or should I go to a 2.5 front lift?

3" lift, icon shocks, ARB bumper, Warn winch.
If you want to keep it a cheap lift drop down to a 2" lift. If you're going to spend the money on new UCA's then you may as well put a proper lift in there while you're at it.
