Skyjacker coil over 3" 33x12.50 DC Fun Country
I just installed a skyjacker 3" coil over and bushwacker cutout flares.although I did not cut the body on the flare installation...I put on 33x12.50 DC Fun Country tires...my tires rub in hard left turns and hit the flare slightly on mid left turns and right turns....the front struts can be adjusted to raise the height of the lift and in am wondering how high I can raise it...the strut is threaded all the way down but obviously im not going to compress my coils all the way...right now I have compressed the coils around 35 threaded which is around 5 to 7 inches of adjustment...should i keep raising the front like this or should I add a small body lift to help with clearance...im a little bothered that the tires are touching anything being uts a 1500$ lift and should b able to fit these tires...that's the main reason I think I should probably just make more adjustments to the struts and to increase ride height verse a body lift..any help is greatly appreciated...this is my first lifted yota as I have worked and played with jeeps for years...im happy with the brand conversion from jeep to yota...new blood..

No. Don't crank the co. 3" lift is max you want. Cv axles will die any higher.

Get the hammer and fender out and cut the pinch weld and bash in the fire wall.
