    Hi all,
I am getting significant vibration, humming, and rattling on acceleration and deceleration. There is also clunking when you put the clutch in to shift.

It happens at a few different speeds and a few different RPMs.
If I put the car in neutral and rev the engine, there are no noises at all.
The noise does seem to vary with my speed.

Front wheel bearings where replaced recently and ball joints and cvs were inspected at that time.
    Recently balanced and aligned.

I inspected the transmission mount and am not sure whether it is bad.
Check out the pics and video below and let me know what you think...

Pic 1 is of the transmission mount.

Pic 2 is of another supporting mechanism/bushing which seemed very loose and non supportive. What is this and would this need to be replaced as well?

Pic 3 is how I stabilized the noisy heat shield with some fireproof expanding foam from home depot.

Video of the transmission mount movement was taken with me manually pushing the driveline up and down. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXXA6zsCjLc

Searched but couldn't find good how to on replacing the mount. Anybody have a link to a how to?

    Appreciate your help! JD
