What are you guys paying? I just got my front two windows done for 70 bucks. One place wanted 290 for all of them, and another wanted 230 for all. I have a double cab with the rear slider.

You just have to look around, call different places. I know you can get it cheaper than the230 price they gave you at that place.

I'm probably going with 20% on my fronts to match the rears on my access cab.

If the back and rear sides are 20% stock, what are the driver and passenger stock? I think in MN the limit is 50% sadly, but the place I spoke with said they usually do 35%. Im wondering if 35% will look decent with the rear.

I have 35% in front. That is the darkest i could go here in oregon.
    It works for me.

That 35 seems to match well based on the pictures. Does it look that close in the "real world" lol?

20% up front, 5% rear .. keeps it cool and is dark enough to give you some privacy, but not too dark to get you pulled over. AND you can see well during the day AND night!

Id like to just get something that closely matches the rear while being...reasonably legal if that makes sense.

You can see a difference in real life. But that much. Works for me.
If you want a perfect match you will have to go darker. Check out my gallery. You can see in one of the angled pictures that the front is lighter.

Did the 35 this afternoon. Definately not the same as the back...but pretty darn close, and much closer and sharper than stock. 35 was my comfort level (MN limit is 50 I think) They are still a little hazy, which Im guessing will go away with dry time...but Im pleased overall. The dark windows look so damn good with the super white. I am so incredibly pleased with the white and black look. Black tonneau (access roll-up) going on monday-tuesday, and then probably some black boards or step bars in the coming months. Im trying to hunt down a white grill (the sport one) to replace the chrome, then maybe a Grillcraft or something with a plain black hex backdrop, land at some point way down the road exhaust with some throat.

So damn happy with this truck. Wanted one for about 10 years. Glad it finally worked out ;)

If you want to stay legal, check this site out... http://home.pcisys.net/~bpc/auto_law/tint/
I lived in FL my entire life and got 1 ticket for running 20% on the fronts. Be careful because I had to STRIP off the tint, pay the fine and show them the tint was removed AND then if you want more tint, pay to have it reinstalled.

    i have 35 fronts and 20 back

if you can id go 20 on the fronts...35 is the darkest legal down here in the front...20 is just pushin it for visibility...but if it was legal down here id run 20

    5 is just ridiculous.
