    Can anyone tell me if the wheels from a '05 highlander would fit OK on a '09 regular cab Tacoma? Bolt pattern, and wheel off-set?

    Only if yours is a 5 lugger. Offset might be slightly different but non issue but they are 5x4.5 (5x114).
