I recently upgraded from my 2.7L 4x2 to a double cab V6 4x4 SR5. I've only had my "new" truck 2 weeks but I've been getting the same MPG as my 5 lug. I was always runing my old truck hard, being loaded with tools and people, it always felt under powered. The new V6 feels so good on the highway, its got all the power I need. I'm a happy man. That is all.

Yep, I'm pretty content with the V6 power as well. Sure I could always use more... pretty sure I would feel that way if I drove a dragster too. But for the real world day to day, the V6 makes good power for the platform it pushes around.
