Need help from Pennsylvania members

Hey there....Virginian here. Need some help or a favor.

I'm looking at a truck in Washington, PA. It's about 30 minutes south of Pittsburgh according to Google. He's getting me frame pics today. Just worried about rust. Wanted to know if there was someone in that area that can look at it for me. I trust a Tacoma World member any day to put their hands on it and give me a report.

If all goes well, I'll be heading up there via Amtrak and hopefully buying it. It all depends on the frame and rust.
