When driving along at around 1200 RPM, my truck has an annoying gurguling sound. Perhaps it is a low frequency vibration. I was thinking it could be the dash rattle TSB, but I was thinking that this was only with 05-08 models. And ideas to help me out?

Do you have a CAI? When I "upgraded" to an aFe CAI, I noticed a gurgling sound just off idle to around 1.5K that annoyed me so much, I removed it and went back to stock.

I'm stock. I like to rock, but I'm also super picky about vehicles.

Is the A/C or defrost on when this is happening? Some hissing and gurgling are part of normal A/C operation, and defrost runs the A/C to dry the air.

same issue here. gurgling / splashing sounds from dash. the guy said it could be the heat core trying to pull from the rad. he warned it's $1000+ to take out the dash and get at the heater core to replace. He advised to fill the rad when cold, mark EXACTLY where it is with a marker or just use the exact 'full' line that's already there... then keep an eye on it when it's cold to see if the level is dropping. The other issue he said, might be a clogged condensation line from the AC. is your passenger side floor wet, at the passenger left foot location?
