    If you're out of factory warranty....a TSB will NOT be free.

    If you're under warranty....a TSB is free.

    If its a RECALL - its free regardless of age/warranty.

    Tsb is something that isn't life threatening,. Something you wait for you to complain about before the warranty goes out.

    recall is life threatening issues, such as air bags, car catching fire, brakes, steering. Things like that.

    I'm sure I'll gotten letters for recalls, just be very brought it in lol
    think this one was for starters that can catch fire, and steer racks that go bad?
