I haven't done anything yet. I'm disappointed that I have to spend money on a part I already bought.

Well at least the company is improving their product. I put my control arms on sometime in 2012, maybe late 2011. The parts are only $25 so you're getting off pretty cheap in my opinion.

If you're interested I took pictures of the spec ride bushing install. Take a look here.

Hmm. I called them when my bushings failed. They shipped me brand new control arms with the new bushings in them for a $200 core charge, which they refunded promptly when they received my old ones back. Total cost to me was about $25 to ship my old ones back to them (they covered shipping of the replacements to me).

Wow, I might have gone that route if I had known that was an option. I'm assuming they didn't send you new ball joints, right?

OP, that sounds like a good option for you.

Yes - new ball joints too. Brand new complete replacements. I was shocked too. I called and asked if I could send them my old ones to let them replace the bushings, and they gave me this option instead. Best customer service I think I've ever dealt with.

I guess I asked the wrong questions when I called. I only inquired about the new bushings and didn't tell them about the ones that had gone bad. Oh well.

I started a new thread in the 2nd gen section so more folks can see that you can get these warrantied with little fuss. Nick and chadder, if you two would chime in on the process we would all appreciate it.
